› Extract effects dll files into "\App\paint.net\Effects\" folder.
› Extract file types dll files into "\App\paint.net\FileTypes\" folder.
› If a dll is blocked by Windows UAC, then right-click on that DLL → choose "Properties" from the menu → on the "General" tab, look for an "Unblock" button → if it's there, click it → click the "Apply" button.
